This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an attached two car garage. There is furniture for each room and can sleep up to 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator and a supply of dishes and cooking utilities. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The property joins a paved road, has good access, and accommodates 100 feet of lake shore. The yard area is large enough for a volley ball court and other yard games. The lake shore has a gentle slope into the water making it ideal for wading and sand castle building. A dock is attached to the beach with a board walk and there is room to attach 3 boats or jet skies to the dock. Free boat launching is available at the State Park.

Curlew Lake is an excellent fishing place which supports 24" rainbow trout, 4 lb. large mouth bass, and 4 foot tiger musky. The summer of 07 has been reported by many anglers to the best they have seen in a few years. Many of the trout are planted by the state game department and more are pen raised by the Curlew Lake Association.

If you tire of fishing, tubing, and skiing you can enjoy many of the attractions of the area. There is horse back riding at a local guest ranch, and the Kettle Range offers many great hiking paths from Sherman Pass which is only 20 miles away. If you want to eat out, you can boat your way to Fisherman's Cove or dine out on pizzas or Mexican food in Republic. If you want to add an international flavor to your vacation, Grand Forks, BC is only 30 miles away to the north. If you have kids, you may be interested in the Stonerose Interpretive Center where you can dig for 50 million-year-old fossils. There is plenty to do and plenty to see. There is every thing you need to make you next vacation the greatest one ever in one of the last great places in the country.
